Return Policy
If the ordered product turned out to be wrong, you can easily return it. All you have to do is use our return page available at this address: REFUND

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Remember, however, that the goods must not have traces of use. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically received the purchased goods. We consider the registration of the return on our return page to be an unambiguous statement (and we recommend this form). The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in detail in art. 38 paragraph 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods and the cost of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the chosen delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered in our store), within 14 days in which we received the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or provided proof of their return.
If you choose to return through our return page, the proof of sending back the returned goods will be the status of the return shipment, which we will receive automatically when you report the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
The Buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the returned products as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to claim damages against the Consumer in this respect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods
Returned items must be returned or handed over to our store immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. We consider the deadline to be met if the item is sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The cost of returning the goods to our store is borne by the returner.
